  17. These are the changes that were made to version 2.0 of URL Grabber.

  19. • Completely new user interface
  20. • Support for multiple URL types (FTP, Gopher, etc.)
  21. • Category colors
  22. • Supporting Microsoft Internet Explorer
  23. • More web search engines
  24. • Better, faster URL grabbing
  25. • Integrated web searching
  26. • Find duplicate URLs
  27. • New URL notification.  (URLs that are entered manually show as New until visited.)

  30. As per requested by Jim Tummins, as well as some other people. I added the following

  32. VERSION 1.1
  33. 1. A Note Pad screen with time stamp. Useful for keeping...what else, notes!
  34. 2. Field that now tracks the last time that you connected to a web site from URL Grabber
  35. 3. Field that tracks the orginal date of your first time to grab the site
  36. 4. A search engines database that allows you to search the major web search engines from within URL Grabber. Pretty Cool!
  37. 5. A preferences section to set preferences.
  38. 6. A super list area where you can see more of a hit list style of listing.
  39. 7. Small help section
